1. What this is
itsyoursuperpower.ai is a 12-hour AI bootcamp. By creating an account you agree to use the service for personal learning and not in ways that violate this agreement, applicable law, or the terms of any third-party service we connect to (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
2. Accounts
We identify users by phone number, verified via SMS one-time codes. You're responsible for keeping your device and number secure. Tell us at hello@itsyoursuperpower.ai if your number changes or you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data
The bootcamp captures content you write (Skills, briefs, mirror read-backs, chat) into a per-user Brain. We use it to power your experience inside the app. We don't sell your data. We don't use your private content to train external models. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
4. Connected sources
You may optionally connect Google Calendar, Google Drive, or other OAuth providers. We request the narrowest scopes possible (read-only) and use them only when the model decides a tool call is needed. You can revoke any connection at any time at /connections.
5. AI usage + limits
The bootcamp uses Anthropic and Azure OpenAI to generate responses. We rate-limit per-user calls and per-day token usage to protect against abuse and runaway cost. Hitting a limit returns an HTTP 429 with a retry hint; reach out if your legitimate usage trips a cap repeatedly.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate content that's illegal, harassing, or deceptive. Don't attempt to extract our prompts, circumvent rate limits, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll notify users at the email or phone tied to their account before substantive changes take effect.
